In
March 1982 Shining Star Missionary Baptist Church began
operations for the Lord. Services were first held at Allen
Elementary School. Later, the church moved to 327 Walthall
Drive. At that location God shared His marvelous grace
upon us.
In May
2005, SSBC moved to 14207 Tomball Pkwy (SH 249) at Fallbrook, a
store front.
Now we are
in A New Frontier. We felt God’s spirit pushing us to ANew Frontier. Shining Star was sold in 2005 to a
wonderful church and a dynamic pastor,Rhema Cathedral
of Deliverance, Church and Pastor William C. Chillis.
- So Shining
Star is now New Frontier! SameGod, Same Pastor,
Same time (8 a.m. service), Same People, with a New Spirit and a New
sense of Direction.
Thank you for all your support down through
the years. When God says the same, meet us at the New Frontier
Church where the “Star” still shines.
Pastor Bailey retired December 1, 2007. Bishop
Eva Nemons was installed as pastor on April 6, 2008.
